Race Information

October 10, 2009 Monster Mash Race at Wakefield Park

Wakefield
Park at 8100 Braddock Road in Annandale . Due to Park Authority
restrictions, the race course will be run at the northern area of the park.

Registration and Pre-Reg Packet Pickup Opens
• T-shirts will be
guaranteed to only the pre-registered riders.
• Awards will be
given to the top 3 in each category.
Onsite registration and pre-registration packet pick-up opens at 7:30 am and will be held near the skate park in the Rec Center Parking lot.
Registration ends 15 minutes prior to start of each race.
Race day registration fee of $35 (Juniors $15).
* Helmets are required
The race is held subject to trail conditions and weather. In case of inclement weather, racers are asked to contact the Audrey Moore Recreation Center at 703-321-7081. A make up date has been scheduled

Parking will be directed by on-site parking attendants.
To Wakefield Park : I-495 to exit 54A ( Braddock Road West ). Make first right into park entrance. (Park is immediately adjacent to the Beltway.)
Registration and packet pick up will be near the skate park in the Rec Center Parking lot.
(Please note that laps are a little more than 4 miles each)

Juniors
(3 classes; 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14):
• 8:30 am start
• 1 lap no Berms for
10 and under and 11-12, 2 lap no berms 13-14
Beginner
Men/Women:
• 9:30 am Start
• 2 laps
Masters
45+ Open and Junior 18 & under
• 9:30 am start
• 2 Laps
Masters
35+ Open and Clydesdale
• 9:30 start
• 3 Laps
Sport
Men/Women, Single-Speed
• 11:30 am start
• 3 laps
Expert
Men/Women
• 11:30 am start
• 4 laps
