Learn essential information to safely combat vital issues affecting families of our community. The Prevention Conference, a component of the Verizon Children’s Health Festival, focuses on four current prevention issues impacting youth and parents. 

10:15am – 11:00am : Underage Drinking

Diane Eckert, prevention specialist with the Safe and Drug Free Youth Office of the Fairfax County Public Schools, will discuss:

Stefan Mascoll, ATOD Specialist, Safe and Drug Free Youth Office, will discuss:

12:15pm – 1:00pm: Cyber-Bullying

This free Youth Prevention Conference will provide valuable insight and informational tools to help Fairfax County families, communities or schools combat pressing and often deadly activities.  Seating is on a first-come basis.
